Since I have an ongoing project on those African American novels that came out during Black Lives Matter movement, Cazenave's book helped me rethink some scenes in different novels I have been working on. This book certainly stands out as a scholarly masterpiece, in addition to his other books, to learn from, but particularly the last part on the suggestions as a form of “solutions.” The book will help carry Black Lives Matter Movement, and also Movements of Black Lives Matter, even further to success by way of making broader cross-alliances possible. I am honored to learn from Noel Cazenave's conceptual framework from the other part of the world as a scholar/reader even in Turkey too.
